ALLAN I. KAPLAN
Allan I. Kaplan, who graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School (now part of York University) in 1970, has been in practice in Toronto since 1972.
A member of the Canadian Bar Association, he has particular interests in those sections which deal with real estate, corporate and business law and trusts and estates. He is a former director of CSALT, (the technology section of the Canadian Bar Association) and has lectured at several of its annual conferences on the topic of improving client services through technology.
Allan shares long-standing relationships with most of his clients which, in many cases, spans the full 40+ years of his practice. Allan stays in touch with clients who have wills stored in our office vault. As a free service, these clients receive reminders every 3 years to consider whether amendments to their wills and powers of attorney are warranted.
